GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

REGISTRATION

Enrolment in IDEA Dance school is:

  1. by default for one year or from the date of enrolment until the mid of July.
  2. underage students must be registered by their parents.
  3. enrolment is confirmed by receipt of your invoice.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment and must be made before the first lesson. In exceptional cases, payment may be divided into a maximum of two installments within the school year. 

Enrollment is confirmed only once payment has been received in full (or the first agreed installment, if applicable).

Refunds will only be issued if the school is responsible for the cancellation or relocation of a course.
No refunds will be provided if classes are cancelled due to circumstances beyond the school’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
As noted above, no refunds will be issued if a student is withdrawn from a class due to misconduct or failure to follow school rules.

Without payment of the registration fee, access to the course may be withdrawn.

 

CLASS PLACEMENT

New students will take a trial or placement class to allow the teacher to evaluate their skills and place them at the appropriate level. Students with no prior and/or current dance experience will be placed in an appropriate beginning level for their age group.

*Access to a course or class is only possible if:

The class can accommodate the student (maximum number of students per class). 

An enrolment form has been registered and the ayment for the course has been made.

 

CANCELLATION 

All cancellations must be made in writing an email at idea.niederanven@mail.com

A pro rata reimbursement of a course may be applied in the case of IDEA’s responsibility. Example: Cancellation of a course or class by decision of IDEA.

IDEA’s responsibility does not include cases of force majeure such as Covid-19. In the absence of written and confirmed cancellation, an invoice remains due.

No payment will be reimbursed if the course is interrupted due to events beyond the control or responsibility of the school.
