Description
This 3-day Dance & Theatre Workshop is designed for children who want to explore creativity through movement and acting in a safe, playful, and inspiring space.
Through a combination of theatre exercises and dance activities, participants will develop imagination, self-expression, and confidence while working individually and in groups. The workshop is structured to gently guide children from exploration to creation and finally to confident expression.
Across the three days, children will:
– explore creativity through theatre games and dance exercises
– create characters, short scenes, and movement sequences
– express emotions through acting and choreography
– develop confidence, teamwork, and stage presence
Workshop structure:
Day 1 – Explore & Connect
Children get to know each other through games, improvisation, and playful movement. The focus is on feeling safe, relaxed, and open to creativity.
Day 2 – Create & Experiment
Participants start creating their own short scenes and movement sequences. They explore storytelling, emotions, and collaboration with more independence.
Day 3 – Deepen & Enjoy
Children refine what they created, build confidence, and enjoy sharing their work within the group in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.
